Als Head of Growth and Marketing (m/w/d) verantwortest du das Wachstum unserer Produkte über den gesamten Funnel - von Strategie, Media Buying und Performance Marketing bis hin zu Conversion, Retention und Customer Experience.

Deine Mission:
  • Verantwortung für die Vermarktung aller Produktkategorien - von Sleep über NEMs bis zu Faszien-Hilfsmitteln
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Growth-Strategien über alle Kanäle (Paid, CRM, Influencer, E-Mail, SEO, Content)
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen, Produktstories und Landingpages, die Marke und Performance vereinen
  • Steuerung von Budgets, KPIs und externen Partnern (Agenturen/Freelancern)
  • Aufbau datengetriebener Funnels, Automatisierungen (HubSpot) und Customer Journeys
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Brand, Design & Tech für maximale Markenwirkung
  • Fachliche Führung des 10-köpfigen Marketingteams und Direct Reporting an den CMO

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Online- oder Performance Marketing idealerweise im
    D2C- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld
  • Starke Hands-on-Kompetenz in Paid Media Buying, Funnel-Optimierung, Copywriting und Conversion-Strategien
  • Verständnis für Offer-Strukturen, Upsells, Downsells und datengetriebige Umsatzsteigerung
  • Tiefes Know-how in CRM und Attribution & Analytics
