As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will lead a cross-functional team and work closely with senior management to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to support business growth.
  • Lead the marketing team in executing multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Drive content creation including thought leadership articles, webinars, case studies, and promotional materials.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the marketing team.

Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
