As Head of Family Office, you will work directly with us – the founders of Emma – The Sleep Company – overseeing our personal investment portfolio, identifying new ventures, managing alternative assets, and driving exciting strategic and personal projects across a wide range of areas.
We're looking for someone who thrives where strategy meets execution.
Someone who's as comfortable identifying opportunities as putting them into action.
This role requires more than intelligence – it calls for curiosity, perseverance, and integrity.
You combine analytical depth with pragmatic judgment and have the drive to make things happen.

What you'll do
• Lead and professionalize all operations of our Family Office
• Manage and monitor existing investments and assets
• Identify, evaluate, and execute new ventures and projects
• Drive entrepreneurial, strategic, and personal initiatives (from investments to creative projects)
• Build relationships with partners, advisors, and service providers
• Act as a sparring partner to the founders across finance, strategy, and new opportunities

What you'll need
• A strong academic background (business, finance, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment, or a similar high-performance environment
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• High personal integrity, discretion, and reliability
• A proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset
