Aufgaben

  • Durch regelmäßige KPI-Analysen behältst Du die Budget- und Umsatzziele für Deine Abteilung stets im Blick. Du leitest dementsprechend passende Maßnahmen ab und erreichst somit unsere Unternehmensziele.
  • "Teamwork makes the Dreamwork" – Durch Deine positive Einstellung und Deine Kommunikations-Skills schaffst Du es Deine Mitarbeiter*innen stets zu motivieren.
  • Du erkennst Potenziale und förderst diese gemeinsam mit dem Managementteam durch individuelle Trainings.
  • Unsere betrieblichen Vorgaben und innovativen Inhouse-Technologien helfen Dir dabei, einen optimalen Warenfluss zu garantieren und unser Produkt bestmöglich in Szene zu setzen.
  • Du bist stets im Austausch mit Deinem Area Team und nimmst regelmäßig an Trainings teil.
  • Durch Deine Leidenschaft sorgst Du gemeinsam mit Deinem Team für eine hervorragende Customer Experience.
  • Du gehst als Vorbild und Leader voran und repräsentierst PULL&BEAR unseren Kolleg*innen nach innen und unseren Kund*innen nach außen
