Job Description:The role involves maintaining a high occupancy rate (95% or more) by fostering strong relationships with current tenants and finding new ones for vacant spaces. Close collaboration with Property Management, Construction, Marketing, and Legal teams is essential to ensure properties are well-maintained, usability is optimized, rental agreements are supported, and necessary improvements are implemented.
  • Ensuring an occupancy rate of 95 % or more, including maintaining excellent relationships with existing tenants and finding new tenants for vacant space.
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from Property Management and Construction to ensure that properties are in excellent condition and to constantly review the usability of the properties, including the coordination of building improvements and necessary adjustments.
  • Assignment of colleagues from the marketing team to support the letting activities.
  • Involvement of colleagues from the legal department to support the rental agreements.
  • Commissioning of colleagues from the Construction team to identify improvements and changes in the objects.
  • The portfolio comprises properties of former D.I.R. in the West region and a radius of approx. 150 km around Düsseldorf, as well as new construction projects.
