Junior - Inside Sales Executive

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for selling the company's products and services to new and existing customers. This role will focus on building relationships, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.
Main Responsibilities and Key TasksIdentify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation methodsManage a pipeline of sales opportunities and track progress toward sales targetsBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-up and communicationCollaborate with other teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growthProvide product and service information, pricing and availability to customersNegotiate and close deals, while maintaining strong customer relationshipsProvide regular sales reports and updates to management on progress toward targetsJob Requirements
2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related roleProven track record of achieving sales targetsStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage a large number of customer interactions and sales opportunitiesExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong computer skills, including proficiency in sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
