eToro is seeking an experienced and client-centric Senior Client Service Manager with a strong background in the financial industry to join our dynamic team in Frankfurt, Germany. If you are passionate about finance and delivering a premium client experience, we want to hear from you.

What will you be doing?

  • Serve as the primary, dedicated point of contact for our club clients, delivering an exceptional service that embodies eToro's culture and values.
  • Proactively engage with clients via email and telephone and demonstrate the full potential of the eToro platform.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, championing the company's vision and mission by providing expert insights into our products and services.
  • Manage the full client experience, including education to long-term retention, while expertly handling complex inquiries and resolving high-priority issues.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Communicator: A genuine "people person" with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear, simple, and engaging manner.
  • Language Proficiency: Business fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Market Passion: A deep and genuine interest in financial markets, including stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies, coupled with a passion for trading and investing.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Organizational Excellence: Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive & Driven: A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to team goals.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Adaptable Learner: A quick learner with the ability to master new products and adapt to evolving market trends.
