Manager Commercial Customer Administration (m/w/d)

Entwickeln und optimieren Sie effiziente Prozesse und Aufgaben innerhalb unseres Commercial Customer Administration Teams. Unterstützen Sie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozess- und Ergebnisqualität.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Effiziente Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Kundenangeboten, Vertragswesen und Rechnungsreklamationen, sowie Koordination von Teamaufgaben und bereichsübergreifenden fachlichen Themen.
  • Kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und der Weiterentwicklung der Prozess- und Ergebnisqualität, einschließlich der Definition von Prozess-Standards und Reduktion der Prozesskosten.
  • Überwachung und Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems sowie die Definition und Überwachung von KPIs.
  • Erstellung und Anpassung von SOPs und Durchführung von Prüfungen im Bereich Risk Management & Internal Controls.
Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines kaufmännischen Studiums
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Aftersales
  • Sehr gute SAP/SD Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
  • Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
