Your Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Founder Associate
to join our core team and help shape the next
Quarterly Challenge 2026 — Germany's largest pre-seed startup program
.

You'll work directly with our founders on:

  • Outreach & dealflow:
    identifying and onboarding startups, mentors, and angels.
  • Community & operations:
    managing communications, CRM, and events.
  • Angel Pool:
    supporting the setup and coordination of our investor syndicate.
  • Partnerships:
    reaching out to innovation hubs, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
  • Program logistics:
    assisting in organizing events and daily operations.

Who You Are

  • Passionate about startups, innovation, and real impact.
  • Fast learner, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator and researcher with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Curious about venture building, angel investing, and startup ecosystems.
  • Fluent in English (German a plus).
