We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented
Project Manager
to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement within project management processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
