Sales Specialist Prolastin Germany (m/w/d)

(Dresden, Chemnitz, Leipzig, Eisenhüttenstadt)

Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Verantwortlich für die Bewerbung und den Verkauf von Grifols Plasma-Produkten und zusammenhängenden Service- bzw. Diagnostik Programmen an Kliniken und Ärzte im zugeteilten Gebiet
  • Profitmaximierung durch Gewinnung von erhöhter Akzeptanz unserer Produkte und Service-Programme
  • Aufbau eines Netzwerkes von potenziellen Kunden
  • Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Schulungen für Kunden (Ärzte & med. Fachangestellte)
  • Vertretung von Grifols auf regionalen und nationalen Kongressen
  • Kontinuierliches Reporting und Dokumentation von Daten in die vorgegebenen Verkaufsförderungssysteme
  • Kontinuierliche Marktanalysen und Beobachtung von Mitbewerberaktivitäten
  • Kommunikation von Marktinformationen und Mitbewerberaktivitäten an direkte(n) Vorgesetzte(n) und relevante Abteilungen (z.B. Marketing, Medizin u.a.)

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder Abschluss einer Ausbildung zum Pharma-Referenten (§ 75 AMG)
  • Wissenschaftlicher Hintergrund
  • Erfahrung als Außendienstmitarbeiter (mind. 3 Jahre)
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse mit selbständiger Nutzung von Outlook & Microsoft Office Programmen, insbesondere Word, Excel und Power Point
  • Erfahrung im Umgang sowie Handhabung von CRM System-(en)
  • Effektive Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
  • Präsentationsfähigkeit vor Einzelpersonen sowie Gruppen
  • Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
