The headquarter of Flow Europe is in Germany. As an international company with more than 50 years of experience and more than installed waterjet and abrasive waterjet systems Flow is the world leader in development, manufacture and sales of ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) waterjet technology.

For the next possible date, we are looking for the following person in our Darmstadt Office (Germany):

Main tasks:

  • Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, revenue and gross margin in the region.
  • Actively win, retain and grow the business in DACH region.
  • Manage and implement the local sales network including agents and finders.
  • Managing existing customers and developing new business in target industries.
  • Competently advise customers and sales partners on the technical features and applications of the technology.
  • Independently negotiate with customers within corporate guidelines.
  • Majority of working time spent on visiting customers.
  • Sales analyses and planning in cooperation with marketing.
  • Creating a pipeline of leads.

Your profile:

  • Engineering diploma (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent education.
  • 5-7 years sales experience in selling machine tools.
  • Proven and very good sales track record.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiating skills, results driven.
  • Entrepreneurial skills and ability to work in team and independently.
  • Demonstrated abilities in developing strong customer relationships.
  • Pro-active, passionate about sales with strong drive to reach the target.
  • Willingness for regular travelling.
  • Valid driver's license.
