Miet24 ist eine der bekanntesten deutschen Plattformen für Langzeitmiete und Auto-Abos. Jetzt starten wir neu durch – mit Fokus auf Vertrieb, Partnerschaften und Wachstum.
Dafür suchen wir eine hands-on Führungspersönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, Strukturen schafft und aktiv verkauft.
Deine Mission:
Vertrieb & Wachstum vorantreiben – neue Kunden & Partner gewinnen
Kooperationen mit Autohändlern, Leasingfirmen und Flottenanbietern aufbauen
Operative Prozesse optimieren – vom Lead bis zur Fahrzeugübergabe
Ein kleines, schlagkräftiges Team aufbauen und führen
Direkt mit der Geschäftsführung an der Neuausrichtung arbeiten
Was du mitbringst:
• Erfahrung im Automotive-, Leasing- oder Mobility-Bereich
• Starker Sales-Fokus – du kannst Deals machen und motivieren
• Unternehmerisches Mindset & Machermentalität
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit Drive und Energie
