VAT Operations Associate

Your mission

  • Set up new clients in our systems and ensure correct VAT obligations are assigned

  • Prepare, validate, and clean e-commerce data (Amazon, invoicing tools)

  • Complete monthly and quarterly VAT returns across multiple EU countries

  • Prepare and submit Intrastat Arrivals and Dispatches

  • Deliver accurate, timely filings and support our VAT Team Coordinator with operational tasks



Your profile

  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and large datasets

  • Experience in VAT, accounting, operations, or e-commerce is a plus

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured processes

  • Excellent English; German and other EU languages are a bonus

  • Proactive, organised, and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines
