Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our Finance Business Partner  in Munich

  • Join in SAP ERP configuration and go-live process as well as related digitalization project. 
  • Participate in subsidiary Finance department 0-1 process and migration from Datev to SAP based in-house bookkeeping.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain accounts receivable, revenue recognition and AR aging report analysis and reconciliation. Preparing annual rebate calculation and project-based accounting.
  • Maintain accounts payable, expense claim checking and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices. Conduct periodic expenses breakdown and actual vs. budget analysis.
  • Assist with annual budgeting and rolling forecast process.
  • Collaborate with external tax consultants in preparation of tax filing and other declarations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors in conducting mandatory annual auditing process.
  • Monitoring and participating in stock-taking and ensuring company assets security. 
  • Perform financial ratio and performance analysis and management report. 
  • Cash flow management including forecasting and variance analysis.
Your profile
  • Above bachelor degree in accounting, finance, tax or equivalent. Holder of ACCA/CFA/CPA/CIMA is a plus. 
  • At least 5 year of relevant professional experience in Germany, preferably in multinational companies doing trading/distribution/project-base/servicing cross EU , Big four auditing firms.
  • Familiar with HGB (German GAAP) and IFRS, German taxation.
  • Highly proficiency in spoken and written German(C1) and English (B2). Mandarin is a plus.
  • Prior experience in SAP or other ERP systems is a Must.
  • Business-finance integration mindset and strong commercial acumen, interpersonal and communication skills, being able to manage pressure under work.
  • Willing to work onsite in Munich office.
