Role Description: Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, analyze, and solve business challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that project requirements are well-defined and that business objectives are met.

As a Business Analyst, you will gather and document requirements, create detailed reports and process models, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your ability to understand complex business processes, communicate effectively, and think critically will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define project objectives.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and requirements clearly and concisely.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Develop and present business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction strategies.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new systems, processes, or technologies.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice on process optimization and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and identify solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT, BPMN, UML).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience with data analysis, process improvement, or system implementation is a plus.
