Department Description & Job Purpose
The Creative Factory is an inhouse marketing and (video-) production agency. It belongs to Allianz Consulting. Creative Factory operates exclusively within Allianz, working for multiple clients across different fields and countries. The department fulfills the entire value chain inhouse, with dedicated storytellers, producers, its own production unit and post-production team.
Key responsibilities
- Offer general support at video productions with shooting, audio recording, light and so on
- Support with production and editing of videos in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Team support at recurring tasks
- In charge of creating promotional material
- Color Grading and Audio Recording Support
- Internal Promotion of Department
Key requirements
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite for editing and design tasks.
- Ability to provide effective support in production processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in German at a B2 level and English at a C1 level.
- Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation.
- You can start from January/February and are interested in an internship for 6 months (30h/week)
