• Be a trusted advisor for team members and clients in the areas of Cyber Security & IT Risk, IT Regulatory & Governance, IT Transformation, Enterprise Architecture or GenAI & Data Analytics
• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes
• Facilitate the growth and success of fellow consultants by providing mentorship and guidance
• Manage communications and project timelines within project and program management
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key Requirements / What We Hope You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on Cyber Security & IT Risk, IT Regulatory & Governance, IT Transformation, Enterprise Architecture or GenAI & Data Analytics
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline: business, economics, computer science, engineering, or equivalen
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
• Excellent command of English and high proficiency in German (at minimum B2)
• Deep experience and proven track record in project- and program management methods, process development, or IT implementations / transformations
• Mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
• An affinity for solving problems, proactivity and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
• Previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong IT affinity, coupled with a keen interest in or knowledge of insurance and financial services, as well as consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Prior Allianz Experience is considered as a plus
