Manager Business Development EV Logistics & Sustainable
Supply Chains (m/f/d)

Job Description

Location: Flexible within Europe

Are you motivated by shaping a more sustainable future in

In this role, you will help accelerate the transition to
low-emission road freight across Europe. By building strong
partnerships and developing solutions in electric vehicle (EV)
logistics, you will contribute to creating a more sustainable and
fair supply chain system for businesses, communities, and the
planet.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a customer growth plan for EV logistics
    and sustainable supply chains across Europe.
  • Identify opportunities in short-haul and long-haul EV freight
    and shape tailored, innovative solutions.
  • Build lasting partnerships with decision-makers at OEMs,
    retailers, and logistics partners.
  • Guide the full business development process—from first contact
    to long-term relationship management.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across operations,
    sustainability, procurement, and real estate.
  • Support the creation of infrastructure partnerships (e.g.
    charging hubs and truck stop networks).
  • Engage with government bodies on grants and incentives for
    sustainable transport.
  • Represent DP World in industry networks and pan-European
    initiatives.


Your profile
  • A degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar
    (Master's preferred).
  • At least 10 years' experience in transportation sales, business
    development, or commercial roles.
  • A proven track record of building strong client relationships
    and growing new business.
  • Knowledge of European road freight and EV ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with ESG topics and decarbonization
    strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in multicultural, cross-functional
    teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
