Werden Sie Teil eines globalen Service-Teams in Lissabon, Portugal Wir suchen einen strategisch denkenden Account Support Specialist mit fließenden Deutschkenntnissen, um Werbekunden eines internationalen Technologie-Riesen zu betreuen und die Leistung ihrer Marketing-Produkte sicherzustellen.

Ihre Rolle: Der technische Kundenberater

Sie sind der essenzielle Ansprechpartner für Werbetreibende und fungieren als Vermittler zwischen Kundenbedürfnissen und technischen Lösungen.

Anforderungen:
  • Sprachkompetenz: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1/C2) und fließendes Englisch (mindestens B2) sind erforderlich.
  • Startbereitschaft: Verfügbarkeit für den Jobstart Mitte Januar 2026.
  • Kompetenzen: Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Support-Anfragen (Troubleshooting) und der Einhaltung strenger Service-Standards (SLAs).
Aufgabenbereich:
  • Lösungsorientierung: End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Lösung von Produktproblemen und Support-Anfragen über Chat und E-Mail.
  • Interne Koordination: Effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen und Produktteams zur raschen Beseitigung von Bugs und Funktionsstörungen.
  • Kundenpflege: Proaktive Kommunikation mit Werbetreibenden, um Updates zu liefern und die Customer Journey zu optimieren.
  • Wissensvermittlung: Schulung der Kunden in Bezug auf Produkt-Updates und bewährte Verfahren in Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Spezialisten.
