IT Support Specialist
to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for in-house employees with IT-related questions and issues (1st-level support)
  • Manage and respond to tickets in the ticketing system, providing quick and effective solutions
  • Set up workstations, install software, and handle onboarding for new employees
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and assist with Exchange mailbox operations
  • Support smooth hardware and software rollouts across the company
  • Work closely with the IT team to expand your technical knowledge and understand the overall system environment

Requirements:

  • Completed technical training or education in IT system integration or a similar qualification
  • Some experience or interest in Windows, Active Directory, MS Exchange, or Linux
  • Strong interest in IT with a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Team player with good communication skills, reliability, and willingness to learn
