Aufgaben
  • Gästekommunikation: Du unterstützt bei unseren Day-to-Day Operations.
  • Task Management: Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle und orchestrierst die Kommunikation und Ausführung unserer Workflows.
  • Quality Management: Sicherstellung unserer Service Qualität und Management der Team Performance.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du bist Architekt unserer internen Prozesse und identifizierst Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotentiale.
Qualifikation

Du bist geeignet für die Position, wenn du:

  • Deutsch auf Sprachniveau C2 sprichst (erforderlich)
  • klar und selbstbewusst kommunizierst – schriftlich wie mündlich
  • Probleme mit Kreativität, Struktur und hoher Detailgenauigkeit löst
  • auch in stressigen Situationen die Ruhe bewahrst
  • proaktiv und eigenständig arbeitest

Pluspunkt: Erfahrung in Start-ups, schnell wachsenden Umfeldern oder in der Hospitality-Branche
