Position: Operations Agent Seafreight Import (m/w/d), unbefristeter Vertrag, in Düsseldorf, Deutschland.

AUFGABENBEREICH

  • Vollständige Abwicklung und Organisation von Seefracht/Luftfracht Import Aufträgen (inkl. Gefahrgut)
  • Erstellung von Einfuhranmeldungen sowie Ausfuhranmeldungen unter Berücksichtigung der verschiedenen Zollverfahren
  • Datenpflege im Transportmanagementsystem (Cargowise)
  • Rateneinkauf und Verhandlung mit Reedereien und Frachtführern
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden und Partnern im In- und Ausland
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und das Nachfassen von Offerten
  • Tracking & Tracing
  • Schriftwechsel in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Planung und Prüfung der Positionen (Job Costing)
  • Frachtabrechnung an Kunden und Partner
  • Kontrolle der Eingangsrechnungen
