Your contribution:

• You
  drive improvements for internal and external vendors and SSC stakeholders
  within the multi-year transformation of Landlord Management & Operations
• You
  integrate Operational, Finance, and Legal aspects
  to ensure processes meet all stakeholder needs
• You
  assist in IT, Business, and Finance transformation initiatives
  , including data cleanup, AI Agent applications, and vendor training in areas like Operations, Access Management, and Technical Landlord Management
• You
  identify and operationalise portfolio management opportunities
  (e.g., CPI-Retro-Application Campaigns or AR/AP Cleanup Campaign Setup) through cross-market benchmarking
• You
  benchmark all LMs
  , identify best-practice, develop business cases, track vendor and internal performance, and mitigate risks to prevent site cancellations driven by such campaigns

What makes you stand out:

• IT Skills:
  Proficient in Microsoft Excel for project performance tracking; hands-on experience with SAP-REFX and operational ticketing tools like ServiceNow
• Stakeholder Management:
  Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively; native-level fluency in German and English
• Industry Experience:
  Background in Real Estate Portfolio Management and experience in the Infrastructure or TowerCo markets
• Academic Qualifications:
  Bachelor's degree (B.Sc. or B.A.) in Real Estate Management, Business Management, Economics, or Finance & Controlling preferred
