Das Unternehmen ist Teil eines Private -Equity -Portfolios und verfolgt eine ambitionierte internationale Buy -& -Build -Strategie. Zur weiteren Umsetzung dieser Wachstumsagenda sucht unser Mandant einen unternehmerisch geprägten Head of M&A (m/w/d), der die Transaktionsaktivitäten strategisch und operativ verantwortet.Aufgaben:Strategische Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der internationalen M&A -Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung und den Investoren.Deal Sourcing & Origination, d.h. eigenständige Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Akquisitionsziele (vorrangig im europäischen Ausland); Aufbau und Pflege eines nachhaltigen Netzwerks aus Intermediären, Unternehmern und Beratern.Leitung und Steuerung des gesamten M&A -Prozesses, von der Due Diligence über die Bewertung und Strukturierung bis zur Verhandlung und Vertragsunterzeichnung.Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Beratern (Legal, Tax, Financial).Begleitung der Post -Merger -Phase auf strategischer Ebene und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Übergangs in die Unternehmensgruppe. VoraussetzungenDas gesuchte Profil:Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Corporate Finance, Accounting oder M&A;Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in M&A, Corporate Development oder Investment Banking, gerne in einem internationalen, wachstumsorientierten Umfeld.Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Umsetzung mehrerer Transaktionen (2–3+)Fundierte Kenntnisse in Unternehmensbewertung, Finanzmodellierung und Deal -Strukturierung.Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und internationale Reisebereitschaft.
