We are looking for an experienced leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and inspires teams towards excellence in safety and sustainability.

Your Responsibilities
Strategic leadership:

• Developing and executing the global EHS strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall goals and values.
• Advising senior leadership on environmental protection, health and safety trends, risks and opportunities, regulatory compliance requirements.
• Defines and develops the EHS targets, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with global and Division EHS strategies.
• Advocates for and promotes the Innomotics Zero Harm safety culture that protects the wellbeing of employees, subcontractors, and customers.
• Coordination and facilitation of EHS governance activities in collaboration with the Division EHS heads for Systems and Solutions, Customer Services, Low Voltage and production factories.
• Ensure and promote a global harmonization of corporate standards and guidelines across all Innomotics operations worldwide.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define, develop and drive EHS programs and initiatives.
• Prepare departmental forecasting and budget tracking.

Drive And Lead Zero Harm Culture

• Design and roll out Zero Harm Culture initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in our key locations (Americas, Germany, Czech Republic and China).
• Working in close alignment with the Division EHS heads to lead comprehensive risk assessments and mitigation measures across all operational high risk activities.
• Promote and implement the Environment, Health and Safety Essentials across all business units.
• Implement strong health and safety initiatives across our Factories, predominantly in Germany and Czech Republic.

Compliance And Risk Management

• Conduct global EHS governance assessments ensuring standardisation of the global Innomotics EHS Management system and EHS Framework.
• Working with the Quality Management department, oversee the ISO Certification for ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.
• Drive incident investigations from HQ, root cause analysis, and preventative measures to ensure no future reoccurrence.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address health and safety issues and emergencies, ensuring compliance with regulations worldwide.
• Actively maintain the governance and oversight of the organisational product stewardship initiatives to ensure product related environmental protection, working in close collaboration with the Divisions and other relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with our German heads of factories to implementation proactive measures and roadmap to achieve zero harm.

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of experience in EHS roles, ideally in production and manufacturing.
• A strong safety leadership mindset.
• Proven leadership in building and executing EHS strategies across multiple locations and operational units.
• Strong international experience, preferably in Europe, Americas and China.
• Expert organization and influence across functional and operational departments.
• Experience with high-risk operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing standardized processes and systems across organizations.
• Experience and understanding of local German regulatory OHS regulations and standards.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience participating in or leading incident investigations such as Serious Incidents and Fatality (SIF) analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and proven leadership in working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams and leading EHS targets and objectives.
• Willingness to travel.
