The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location for around 500 employees.
 

As part of the Digital Marketing Team the role is responsible for one of the big 4 (Zalando, About You, Otto, Amazon) online Key Accounts.  The role is responsible to key account the online partner from a Marketing perspective and to balance out our Marketing strategy with brand and commercial needs, planning(incl budget split together with Sr Manager) and execution of campaigns.
The role works dual brand and works hand-in-hand with our Sales teams and the CK & TH Brand Marketing + challenges the status quo to strive for track-record brand excellence for our powerful brands Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein. 
 

A day in the life of a Senior Specialist Digital Marketing (m/f/x):

  • Plan, develop and manage the annual Marketing calendar for one of our online Key- Accounts Amazon incl. Budgeting and Media/Marketing Mix adjustement to achive best in class digital consumer experience for our brands

  • Support to develop the Account with data driven Performance Marketing activities by bridging commercial needs with Brand Marketing needs closly together with our Sales Team

  • Define, plan and execute digital brand activations and brand campaigns across on-site and off-site channel together with our Brand Marketing team and adjusted to our partner's own DNA

  • Define and optimize  processes and KPIs by analysing Consumer Insights together with our Consumer and Marketing Analytics team to ensure most efficient and effective results

  • Set, evaluate and track KPIs across Marketing teams to ensure data-driven Marketing

  • Analyze brand positioning and customize market insights for Brand Marketing to drive fact-based Marketing activities across the account

  • Ongoing research of market development, trends and important competitors 

  • Analyze, challenge and optimize digital marketing activities to gain insights and apply learnings based on KPIs

What do we need from you? You have:

  • University Degree in Business Administration / Economicss;  Marketing or Digital Marketing

  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience in Ecommerce / Ecommerce Marketing or working in a Digital / Ecommerce Marketing Agency. Knowledge and insights into the fashion industry and market trends  is an advantage.  

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, fostering a high degree of team spirit

  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Initial knowledge of SAP (BW / HANA) would be a plus

  • Good command of written and spoken English & German

  • Hands on mentality and an ownership mindset

  • Fast thinking and agile mindset as well as understanding of the E-Commerce world
