Wir suchen einen hochgradig analytischen und ergebnisorientierten Deutschsprachigen Spezialisten für Digital Marketing Optimierung zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen, internationalen Teams. Dies ist eine Schlüsselrolle für Fachkräfte, die sich leidenschaftlich für PPC begeistern und messbares Wachstum für deutschsprachige Kunden auf der Google Ads Plattform erzielen möchten.
Über die Rolle: Der Optimierungs-TreiberSie tragen die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Verwaltung und Optimierung von Google Ads Kampagnen und leisten damit einen direkten Beitrag zum Online-Erfolg und ROI unserer Kunden.
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:- Kampagnen-Management: Praktische Verwaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Google Ads Konten, um die Performanceziele der Kunden zu maximieren.
- Datenanalyse: Tiefgehende Analyse von Kampagnendaten, Identifizierung wichtiger Trends und Umsetzung von datengesteuerten Strategien.
- Strategie-Implementierung: Durchführung umfassender Keyword-Recherchen, A/B-Tests von Anzeigentexten und Definition von Zielgruppensegmentierungsstrategien.
- Kunden-Kollaboration: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kundenteams, um Marketingziele zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte, effektive digitale Lösungen vorzuschlagen.
- Reporting: Erstellung und Präsentation detaillierter Performance-Berichte und strategischer Einblicke in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
- Fachexpertise: Stets auf dem neuesten Stand bezüglich Google Ads Richtlinien, neuen Funktionen und Best Practices im SEM-Bereich.
- Sprachliche Kompetenz: Fließendes/Muttersprachliches Deutsch (C1/C2), schriftlich und mündlich.
- Englischkenntnisse: Gute Beherrschung der englischen Sprache (mindestens B2).
- PPC-Erfahrung (Zwingend): Mindestens 1 Jahr nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in der Verwaltung von Google Ads Kampagnen (PPC/SEM).
- Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, datengesteuerte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Standort: Aktuell in Lissabon ansässig oder umzugsbereit nach Lissabon, Portugal.
