NovaX Automation is seeking a highly driven
Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team in Germany. In this role, you will take ownership of both online and offline marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence in the global logistics robotics industry. This is an excellent opportunity to grow rapidly in a high-tech environment and work alongside a world-class, international team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Organize, support, and participate in industry exhibitions, including booth setup and on-site coordination.
  • Manage and optimize corporate social media channels.
  • Execute SEO strategies to increase brand visibility and search performance.
  • Draft and publish press releases (PR) and other marketing communications.
  • Maintain and update the company website content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Support other marketing-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Robotics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of work experience
    , preferably in
    robotics, automation, or related high-tech industries
    .
  • Strong interest and background in robotics automation (required).
  • Fluent English and Chinese
    is required;
    French or German
    is a strong plus.
  • Strong adaptability, ability to work under pressure, and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Must work on-site in Düsseldorf; remote work is not available.
