Aufgaben
Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kolleg*innen bei IT-Fragen und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert. Schritt für Schritt wächst du in die Systemadministration hinein und entwickelst dich weiter.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Support mit Impact: 1st & 2nd Level Support – remote und vor Ort
  • Setup & Betreuung: Notebooks, Arbeitsplätze und mobile Devices
  • User Management: Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
  • Hands-on Projekte: Updates, Rollouts und kleinere IT-Projekte
  • Know-how sichern: Dokumentation von Lösungen und Prozessen
  • Tech-Einblicke: Server, Virtualisierung (VMware) & Netzwerke

Profil

  • Ausbildung in der IT oder erste Erfahrung im IT-Support / Helpdesk
  • Grundkenntnisse in Windows & Microsoft 365
  • Interesse an Servern, Netzwerken und Virtualisierung
  • Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamspirit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Awareness für IT-Security (Phishing, Passwortmanagement, Endpoint Security)
  • Erfahrung mit Ticket-Systemen (z. B. Jira)
  • Grundkenntnisse in PowerShell oder anderen Skriptsprachen für Automatisierung
