Your responsibilities
Full ownership of sales targets and operational KPIs for Direct Sales in the German market
Leading three sales teams with a total of approx. 25 sales professionals
Direct revenue responsibility for an annual order volume of around €180 million
Setting individual targets and coaching team members in alignment with corporate objectives
Operational responsibility for forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly), market analysis, and sales strategies
Hands-on involvement in key customer negotiations and strategic relationship management
Identifying and implementing new sales approaches while ensuring customer satisfaction
Strategic planning with a long-term business focus
Removing operational obstacles to enable team success
Your profile
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
At least 10 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles within a technology-driven environment
Deep understanding of complex IT/telecom sales (e.g. Unified Communications, Networking, VOIP)
Proven leadership experience managing complex and distributed sales teams
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong forecasting, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
Native-level German, fluent English (business/professional level)
Excellent communication, persuasion, and entrepreneurial thinking
Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally

Ihre Aufgaben:
Gesamtverantwortung für das Erreichen der Vertriebsziele und operativen KPIs im Direktvertrieb innerhalb Deutschlands
Steuerung der Vertriebsleiter in drei Bereichen mit ca. 25 Vertriebsmitarbeiter:Innen
Direkte Umsatzverantwortung für ein jährliches Auftragsvolumen von rund 180 Mio. Euro
Entwicklung individueller Ziele und Coaching der Teammitglieder entlang übergeordneter Unternehmensziele
Operative Verantwortung für Forecasts (wöchentlich, monatlich, quartalsweise), Marktanalysen und Vertriebsstrategien
Aktive Mitarbeit bei wichtigen Kundenverhandlungen sowie beim Aufbau und der Pflege strategischer Beziehungen
Identifikation neuer Vertriebsstrategien, Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
Strategische Planung unter Berücksichtigung langfristiger Unternehmensziele
Beseitigung von Hindernissen zur Sicherstellung des Teamerfolgs
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Technik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in leitenden Vertriebspositionen im technologiegetriebenen Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Verkauf komplexer IT-/TK-Lösungen (z. B. Unified Communications, Netzwerktechnologien, VOIP)
Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Vertriebsteams
Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Microsoft Word, Excel und PowerPoint
Sicheres Forecasting, analytische Stärke und hohe Zielorientierung
Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, Englisch verhandlungssicher
Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und unternehmerisches Denken
Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands sowie teilweise international
