This will give you a profile that you can use for all future applications, and you will be notified whenever a new position that matches your criteria becomes available.Your responsibilitiesFull ownership of sales targets and operational KPIs for Direct Sales in the German market Leading three sales teams with a total of approx. 25 sales professionals Direct revenue responsibility for an annual order volume of around €180 million Setting individual targets and coaching team members in alignment with corporate objectives Operational responsibility for forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly), market analysis, and sales strategies Hands-on involvement in key customer negotiations and strategic relationship management Identifying and implementing new sales approaches while ensuring customer satisfaction Strategic planning with a long-term business focus Removing operational obstacles to enable team successYour profileDegree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification At least 10 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles within a technology-driven environment Deep understanding of complex IT/telecom sales (e.g. Unified Communications, Networking, VOIP) Proven leadership experience managing complex and distributed sales teams Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong forecasting, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset Native-level German, fluent English (business/professional level) Excellent communication, persuasion, and entrepreneurial thinking Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationallyZur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebs suchen wir ab sofort eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als Head of Direct Sales (m/w/d)Ihre Aufgaben:Gesamtverantwortung für das Erreichen der Vertriebsziele und operativen KPIs im Direktvertrieb innerhalb DeutschlandsSteuerung der Vertriebsleiter in drei Bereichen mit ca. 25 Vertriebsmitarbeiter:InnenDirekte Umsatzverantwortung für ein jährliches Auftragsvolumen von rund 180 Mio.
