BESS Business Development Manager (m/w/d)
Location: Flexible / Remote (bei Bedarf Bürobesuche, Reisetätigkeit 30–40%)

About the Role:
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Development Manager für den Bereich Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). In dieser Rolle identifizieren und entwickeln Sie neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, bauen Beziehungen zu Projektentwicklern, EPCs, Versorgern und Technologiepartnern auf und treiben das Wachstum in einem dynamischen Markt voran.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifikation, Bewertung und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Utility-Scale- und Industriebereich.
Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Projektentwicklern, EPCs, Versorgern, IPPs und Technologiepartnern.
Marktanalyse: Trends, politische Entwicklungen, Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und Kundenbedürfnisse beobachten.
End-to-End-Deal-Management: von Lead-Generierung über Verhandlungen bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss.
Entwicklung strategischer Partnerschaften und Vertriebskanäle zur Markterweiterung.
Unterstützung des Projekt-Pipelines in Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Finance und Legal Teams.
Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen, Konferenzen und Branchenevents.
Mitwirkung an Go-to-Market-Strategien, Preisgestaltung und Value Proposition.
Zusammenarbeit mit Pre-Sales-Teams zur Erstellung technischer und kommerzieller Angebote.
Reporting von KPIs, Umsatzprognosen und Business-Development-Metriken.
Requirements:
Native German speaker, English at professional level.
5+ Jahre Erfahrung in Business Development, Projekt- oder Solution Engineering, idealerweise im BESS- oder Energiesektor. Erfahrung in BESS System Integration stark bevorzugt.
Grundlegendes Verständnis von BESS-Komponenten (Batterien, PCS, EMS, HVAC, Brandschutzsysteme) und deren Integration in erneuerbare Energiesysteme. Alternativ: Erfahrung im Business Development mit Wissen über BESS/PCS ausreichend.
Bachelor-Abschluss oder höher in Energie-, Ingenieur- oder verwandten Fachrichtungen.
Exzellente Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.
Compensation & Benefits:
Jahresgrundgehalt bis €120–125k (abhängig von Erfahrung).
Kein garantierter Bonus, Zulagen verhandelbar.
Flexible Arbeitszeiten, teilweise Remote-Arbeit möglich.
Reisetätigkeit 30–40%.

Wir suchen einen motivierten Business Development Manager für den Bereich Residential Energy Storage Systems (ESS). Die Rolle fokussiert sich auf die Identifikation neuer Kunden, den Aufbau von Beziehungen und die Unterstützung des Vertriebswachstums im privaten und kleinen gewerblichen Bereich.
Key Responsibilities:
Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen im Residential ESS Markt.
Identifikation und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
Unterstützung des Vertriebsprozesses von Lead-Generierung bis Vertragsabschluss.
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Optimierung technischer und kommerzieller Angebote.
Teilnahme an Messen, Konferenzen und Kundenveranstaltungen.
Requirements:
Native German speaker, English at professional level.
2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Energiesektor oder in Business Development.
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Büro und ausgeprägte Sales-Mentalität.
Grundkenntnisse im Bereich BESS / Batteriesysteme von Vorteil.
Kommunikationsstärke, Selbstorganisation und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
