Werden Sie Teil eines 16-köpfigen Teams und übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung des Sales & Operation Prozesses für ausgesuchte Länder und Bereiche an dem Standort Paderborn.

Sie sind verantwortlich für

  • Erstellung der Demand- und Shipmentplanung in enger Kooperation mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Produkt Management
  • und Finanzen
  • Analyse von Supply Chain Constraints und Erarbeitung von alternative Szenarien (Rough Cut Capacity Planning
  • Analysis)
  • Durchführung von Prozessanalysen und folgende Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Verbesserung der
  • Planungsgenauigkeit
  • Rollout-Management und notwendige Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Planung und Abwicklung großer
  • Kundenprojekte
  • Channel-Management und Eskalationsunterstützung in der Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb und Produktion
  • Sicherstellung von Ergebnissen im Rahmen definierter Zielvorgaben im Umfeld des Supply Chain Managements
  • Projektmanagement im Umfeld der Supply Chain zur Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung von Business-Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Executive Meetings

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
  • Ausbildung
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Erfahrung mit dem ERP-System SAP / Oracle erwünscht
  • Sehr gute Wort- und Schriftkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

Become part of a 16-person team and take responsibility for the Sales & Operation process for selected countries and areas

at the Paderborn site.

You will be responsible for

  • Creating demand and shipment planning in close cooperation with the Sales, Product Management and Finance departments
  • Analysing supply chain constraints and developing alternative scenarios (Rough Cut Capacity Planning Analysis)
  • Carrying out process analyses and subsequently developing recommendations for action to improve planning accuracy
  • Rollout management and necessary support for sales in the planning and execution of large customer projects
  • Channel management and escalation support at the interface between sales and production
  • Ensuring results within the framework of defined targets in the supply chain management environment
  • Project management in the supply chain environment to improve and further develop business processes
  • Support in the preparation of executive meetings

Qualifications

  • Completed studies in the field of economics, industrial engineering or relevant professional experience in the field
  • Analytical and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with the ERP system SAP / Oracle desirable
  • Very good verbal and written skills in German and English
