Deine Aufgaben
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Entwicklung und Integration der Lenkungs- und Bremssysteme in unserem HOLON urban.
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines hochqualifizierten Teams, Förderung von Zusammenarbeit und klarer Zielorientierung.
  • Koordination von Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen, Sicherstellung transparenter Kommunikation und Zielabgleich.
  • Steuerung von Entwicklung, Kosten und Terminen aller Systemkomponenten (Mechanik, Elektronik, Software) sowie Einhaltung der Gesamtfahrzeug-Meilensteine.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit E/E, Fahrzeugintegration und Performance-Teams zur Definition und Umsetzung technischer und funktionaler Anforderungen.
  • Koordinierung der Planung und Durchführung von Tests sowie Validierungsprozessen zur Sicherstellung höchster Standards in Funktion, Performance und Sicherheit.
  • Verantwortlich für Problemlösung und Lösungsumsetzung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern für die Lenkungs- und Bremssysteme
  • Reporting an das Programmanagement


Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fahrzeugentwicklung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Lenkungs- und Bremssysteme
  • Führungserfahrung und Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte und Teams erfolgreich zu steuern
  • Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung und E/E-Architekturen sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareteams
  • Kenntnisse in Typgenehmigungsprozessen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Expertise in autonomen Systemen, einschließlich Functional Safety, Cybersecurity und relevanten Normen (z. B. AFGBV)

Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.

Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Neben dem herkömmlichen Linienverkehr soll der Mover als On-Demand-Verkehrsmittel eingesetzt werden, um so den Mobilitätsbedarf der Nutzer zu decken.
