Field Marketing Manager, DACH

Vercel is hiring a Field Marketing Manager, DACH to lead pipeline-generating programs across the region — including hosted events, trade shows, and partner activations — to drive awareness, engagement, and funnel acceleration for our Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. You'll own campaign strategy and execution in-region, working closely with sales and GTM teams to build and scale impactful field programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Field Marketing or Demand Generation, familiarity with ABM strategies (1:1, 1:few), segmentation, and ICPs, and have a strong background in marketing to an engineering audience (bottoms up and tops down motion).

If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. • Own end-to-end campaign execution for the DACH region — translating integrated programs and GTM priorities into local experiences and activations that resonate with target accounts
• Plan, manage, and execute hosted and third-party events, including trade shows, executive roundtables, and industry conferences — overseeing content, logistics, vendors, budget, and follow-up
• Leverage segmentation and ICP insights to tailor programs that drive engagement across key verticals and personas
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align on messaging, event strategy, and reporting
• Support funnel acceleration initiatives by developing follow-up playbooks and working closely with SDRs to mature pipeline
• Track and analyze performance metrics to inform future campaign strategy and investment
• Maintain a regional calendar of events and continuously identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and drive demand
• Travel up to 30–35% of the time to support on-the-ground execution across the DACH region

• Highly motivated, curious, and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving growth
• 5+ years in field marketing or demand generation, and familiarity with ABM strategy (1:1, 1:few), segmentation, and campaign targeting
• Experience marketing to an engineering audience or working within the devtools or cloud computing industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; fluent in German and English
• Based in Germany (remote or hybrid; Berlin or Munich preferred)
• Willingness to travel frequently across the DACH region

Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
