We are constantly looking for great talents, aiming for excellence and ready to join our ambitious adventureAs a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth within the DACH market together with our Junior Marketing Manager. Collaborating with our local sales and partnership team and the global marketing team, you'll report directly to Lisa Schöberl, Global Head of Field Marketing while maintaining close communication with Max Springer, our General Manager for the DACH market. Additionally, this role will be responsible for analysing and reporting on campaign effectiveness to determine future investment.You'll become an integral part of a young, motivated team of experts, offering ample opportunities for innovation, dynamism, and autonomy.Responsibilities:Plan and manage marketing campaigns to drive lead generation in the DACH marketUtilise a mix of marketing channels to build awareness and progress prospects through the funnelCollaborate with headquarters to execute localised performance marketing campaigns and strategically place content in diverse mediaOptimise new and existing partnerships with the Partnerships teamManage field and regional events, both virtual and in-person, including logistics and speaker coordinationCommunicate plans and details across teams to build strong relationships and alignmentAnalyse KPIs and insights to target prospects effectively and optimize campaign performanceStay informed on industry trends to target messaging effectivelyRefine activities to maximise ROI and focus on demo and MRR (monthly recurring revenue) generationCollaborate with sales teams to ensure effective enablement and follow-upCultivate the AGICAP brand as a leading authority in cash flow management software in the DACH marketIndependently manage projects, including customer video testimonials, from requirements gathering to completionQualifications:Fluency in German, with strong business proficiency, English required as well3-5 years of experience in a rapidly evolving environment, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector, with a focus on mid-market companiesA highly sales-oriented mindsetExceptional project management abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.Ambitious, goal-driven, and hands-on approach to tasksProven ability to work both independently and in a structured manner, effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyEnthusiastic team player dedicated to achieving collective successExperience of working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and culturesAGICAP is committed to providing equal opportunities for everyone, and we foster an inclusive work environment that values diversityWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
