Can you make sure our killer brand comes to its well-earned right across key retail partners in the DACH region?

We're already a pretty big name in Germany. And we like to think we have a pretty cool brand too. At least we're the ones most European drivers have chosen, so we must be doing something right.

However, we'd like to be even better. And this is where you come in: Help us stand out from the competition. Their products are literally right next to ours (at least in the physical stores, their digital platform is equally important). How do we make sure everyone sees our brand first? Picks it up and reads more? And most importantly: Puts it in the basket.

That needs to be absolutely clear across our retail partners in the DACH region. And this will be your finest job.

You'll play a critical role in securing our brand presence with key partners across the DACH markets, contributing to and amplifying our go-to-market strategy. Your objective will be to deliver growth through retail marketing excellence across all relevant partner platforms and channels.

What you'll be doing:

• Own trade marketing plans from conception to implementation leading to an increase of sell-through
• Own OOONOs presence across all our partner platforms and related channels
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to execute sale generating Trade Marketing strategies and plans
• Ensure best-in-class brand and product visibility across retail partner channels both online and In-store
• Enable partners through eLearning programs, live training and training material
• Ensure sell-in by cocreating best-in-class customer and product presentations.
• Secure that our brand guidelines are embraced, promotions are effective and product launches are rolled out with a premium touch
• Own and optimise the DACH Trade Marketing budget

We imagine you're someone who has a:

• Broad business understanding and experience: From channel, customer, retail, product/categories and sales
• Minimum of 5 years of Trade Marketing, FMCG, CE, Automotive, DIY or consumer electronics retail
• Proven track record of working with major retail partners on an HQ level (e.g., MediaMarkt, EDEKA, Expert, Euronics ATU, distributors).
• Proven track record of creating and implementing campaigns with major retailers
• Proven track record of working with and implementing PDP and A+ Content across multiple retailers
• Knowledge of working with review programs and content synchronisation agencies
• Proven track record of owning and working with considerable Trade Marketing Budgets
• Understands that the effective use of the budget is a key driver in the success of the company
• Broad knowledge of how retailers work with trade marketing and the opportunities they offer

• Reporting line: International Trade Marketing Manager
• Collaboration: Trade Marketing (HQ & local), Account Manager, Demand Planning & Finance, plus retail HQ buyers, category leads, distributors and stores.
• Travel: Regular customer meetings, and in-store visits across DACH and meetings in HQ Copenhagen.
