Senior SAP Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Das erwartet Dich bei uns:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Leitung von Softwareentwicklungs-, Integrations-, Migrations- und Einführungsprojekten im SAP-Bereich.
  • Du übernimmst den Practice Lead und entwickelst das SAP-Projektmanagement bei Sulzer weiter
  • Übernahme des Vertrags-, Risiko-, Change- und Claim-Management
  • Steuerung des Projektteams und fachliche Führung der Projektmitarbeiter sowie Koordination von anderen Liefereinheiten und Unterauftragnehmern
  • Mitwirkung in der Spezifikation, Realisierung und Qualitätssicherung sowie der Einführung von IT-Systemen
  • Verantwortlichkeit bei der Erstellung von Konzepten und Kalkulationen für komplexe Angebote

Das zeichnet Dich aus:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT oder BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement nach gängigen Standards, z.B. IPMA, PMP, Prince2
  • Kenntnisse in der Einführung oder Weiterentwicklung von Standardsoftwarelösungen, insb. SAP S/4HANA, sowie in der Anwendung von einschlägigem Projektmanagementvorgehen (z.B. SAP Activate) idealerweise mit Zertifizierung in diesem Bereich
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsmentalität, die sich in Deiner überzeugenden Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit widerspiegeln
  • Ein hohes Maß an analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
