As part of your role, you will act as strategic sparring partner to the Global Head of HR CoE and the global HR Leadership Team - and serve as a role model for modern collaboration and leadership, creating cross-functional impact. This position can be filled internationally. **Your Tasks**: - Establish and facilitate the HR strategy process based on ENERCON's business transformation and vision “Energy For The World”, and derive and monitor related measures - Establish, evolve, connect and enable global HR-strategic frameworks and instruments, including strategic workforce planning, skills / competency management and succession planning - Connect with external networks and thought leadership on HR strategic trends, innovations and best practices and link to ENERCON's HR strategy - Oversee, evaluate and evolve the HR project portfolio and strategic HR KPI cockpit together with HR Data Analytics - Participate in the HR process landscape governance as well as lead and/or support strategic HR projects and initiatives and participate in strategic Enercon projects if required **Your Qualification**: - More than 10 years of professional experience in HR, strategy, general management, consultancy - Conceptually and analytically outstanding with significant project management and implementation experience - Strong cross-organizational, international communication and collaboration as well as network leadership - High level of self-direction, system thinking and business orientation - IT and AI literate, with the ability to identify and prepare digital HR use cases for test and scale - Fluent in English, German recommended (could be further developed on the job) **Your Benefits**: - Possibility to work up to 95 % remote (remote work) - Flexible working hours through appropriate working time models - 30 days vacation per year - In - and external training opportunities through the ENERCON Academy - Company health management and extensive health promotion including company fitness (Hansefit and JobRad) - Company pension scheme and private occupational disability insurance on special conditions as well as financial support for various forms of capital-forming benefits Exciting and varied activities in the green growth sector of wind energy**Contact Details**: Laura Notholt +49 171 5281 181 - Jetzt bewerben
