**Your role** As Head of Occupational Safety, you will take primary responsibility for our production sites in Barleben and Verden, as well as the entire DACH business unit. You will further develop the health and safety strategy together with the local specialists. **Your area of responsibility** - You take the lead role in safety across the company through regular presence at all sites. - You implement a communication plan with the involvement of key leaders and create a consistent narrative across shared resources related to health, safety and wellness. - You use synergies within the HelloFresh global network to create partnerships with our international teams on safety issues, fostering close collaboration and sharing of best practices to the DACH region. - You will ensure that all health and safety requirements are fully understood and implemented in all areas of our operations. - Using KPI reporting, you evaluate measures and make decisions for improvement. - You take charge of aligning priorities with various stakeholders and contribute to mediating discussions when other KPIs are affected. - You develop regular health and safety updates and present them to the leadership team. - You ensure regular health and safety audits are conducted with a high quality and level of detail to highlight areas for improvement. - You will look to carry out regular checks that HelloFresh is meeting its legal obligations in all areas of health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting. **Your profile** - You have qualifications in the field of health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH diploma, HSE bachelor, member of IOSH (CMIOSH, certificate "Attendance Phase V - Occupational Safety Specialist (according to DGUV Regulation 2)"). - Ideally, you are already in possession of the certificate as a fire safety officer - You have 2 years of experience in a leading position in the field of health and safety. - You know how to manage expectations in supporting multiple sites in manufacturing, fulfillment and supply chain environments and communicate confidently with various stakeholders - You regularly keep up to date with current trends in health and safety and changes in German legislation - You have strong written and verbal communication and analysis skills in German and English - You are organized, detail-oriented, and you are able to manage multiple projects at the same time. - Travel expectation up to 80% (Barleben Verden, logistics hubs within germany) **What we offer you**: - **Modern and comfortable working space** with great co-workers in Magdeburg - **Discount** for HelloFresh boxes and Convini products - **Development possibilities** along with internal trainings and a yearly Learning & Development budget - **Flexible working hours** including Work From Home/Work from Abroad/Sabbatical Policy, as well as a home office set up budget - **Extensive Onboarding**: - **Social events** including team events - **Discounted fitness offers** with our Urban Sports Club and John Reed partners, as well as yoga classes - **Well-being initiatives** in cooperation with Headspace and Spill - **Childcare** and **company pension scheme** benefit - **Monthly transportation budget** via RYDES **Are you up for a new challenge?**: We look forward to hearing from you
