Role Overview
Cordell Beaumont is partnering with a fast-growing maritime software company that is driving decarbonization at sea. Their innovative SaaS platform is transforming how shipowners and operators manage performance, safety, and sustainability, helping the industry cut emissions and operate more efficiently.
This is a
full-time, remote role
based in
Hamburg
, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with shipowner and operator clients. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, supporting pilot projects, and enabling successful adoption of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with shipowner and operator clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long term value
- Support clients through pilot tests and platform implementation
- Provide data driven insights to enhance customer outcomes
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve products and services
Qualifications
- Fluent German speaker with full rights to live and work in Germany
- Experience managing customer relationships for complex SaaS solutions, ideally in maritime, logistics, or related sectors
- Strong background in customer satisfaction and retention strategies
- Analytical skills and a data driven approach to decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for joining a growing startup
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
