Als Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Finance-Team und trägst maßgeblich zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei. In dieser spannenden Position bist du für die präzise und termingerechte Rechnungserstellung sowie die effiziente Abwicklung des gesamten Abrechnungsprozesses verantwortlich.

Mit deiner Affinität für Zahlen kannst du deine Expertise in einem renommierten Unternehmen mit namhaften Kund:innen wie Tagesschau, Porsche, Deutsche Bahn und RTL einbringen und deine Karriere vorantreiben.

Für diese Position kannst du eine Wochenarbeitszeit zwischen 32 und 40 Stunden wählen, ganz nach deinen Präferenzen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Abrechnung der Projekte in Abstimmung mit dem Management und unseren Projektleiter:innen
  • Du übernimmst Aufgaben in Accounting, Rechnungsstellung sowie Kreditoren-/ Debitorenmanagement
  • Du bist verantwortlich für Buchhaltungs- und Rechnungsprozesse und entwickelst diese stetig weiter
  • Du unterstützt unser Team im gesamten Bereich des Controllings
  • Du erarbeitest Sonderanalysen in Microsoft Excel


Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über einen staatlich anerkannten Hochschulabschluss in einem relevanten Studiengang (z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem ähnlichen Bereich 
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, eigenständig, sorgfältig und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Du hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation und arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Du hast fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
  • Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau
