Unsere Zielgruppe: internationale Young Professionals und Studierende.Bei uns erwartet dich eine offene Arbeitsatmosphäre, flache Hierarchien und ein Team, das Verantwortung und Eigeninitiative lebt.DEINE AUFGABEN Eigenständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung Verbuchung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen Kontenabstimmung und Überwachung offener Posten Vorbereitung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse Kommunikation mit Steuerberater, Finanzamt und internen Ansprechpartnern Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Finanzbereich Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen DEIN PROFIL Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung / Finanzwesen Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV, weitere Softwarekenntnisse von Vorteil Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative Freude daran, Dinge aktiv zu verbessern DAS BIETEN WIR Attraktive Vergütung Flexible Arbeitszeiten mit Kernarbeitszeit von 10–15 Uhr Option auf Homeoffice (nach der Probezeit hybrid möglich) Jobticket oder Sachleistungen (50 € Gutschein bzw.
