Your Role

You will be the driving force of InoHealth's growth. Your mission is twofold:

  1. Commercial traction: Secure pilot customers, build and manage the sales pipeline, close first commercial deals, and develop partnerships.
  2. Investor engagement: Support fundraising by generating VC leads, shaping investor pitches, and co-owning investor relationships with the leadership team.

This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will be building the foundation of our commercial success while helping attract the capital needed to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Growth

  • Identify, secure, and manage pilot customers (clinics, wellness centers, hospitals, employers).
  • Build and prioritize a scalable sales pipeline with clear conversion targets.
  • Convert pilots into commercial contracts, generating early revenue.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with labs, clinics, tech platforms, and hospitality groups.
  • Represent InoHealth at industry conferences, and networking events to generate leads and elevate brand visibility.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, driving satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial reports and insights for management, including revenue pipeline, deal status, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide structured market and commercial intelligence to influence product roadmap, market fit, and positioning strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align commercial priorities with company growth.

Investor Engagement

  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches with the CEO/COO.
  • Generate new VC and investor leads (focus on US and Europe).
  • Build strong, long-term investor relationships and support fundraising rounds.
  • Provide market and commercial insights to strengthen business cases and financial forecasts.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles, ideally in digital health (e.g. DTx), diagnostics (e.g.: IVD), or wellness tech.
  • Proven track record of securing pilots and closing B2B/B2B2C deals with long sales cycles.
  • Experience in investor engagement and familiarity with VC processes.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both clients and investors.
  • Fluent in English; German and French are a strong advantage.
  • EU/Swiss passport or valid work permit.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Preferred

  • Experience in longevity, preventive medicine, or diagnostics.
  • Established network in healthcare and/or VC ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with startup scaling and fundraising cycles.
