Als Manager Materials Planning (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der Gestaltung und Optimierung unserer End-to-End Supply Chain. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Materialplanung, treiben organisatorische Veränderungen voran und stellen sicher, dass unsere Produktions- und Lieferprozesse effizient und zukunftsorientiert ausgerichtet sind. In dieser Position arbeiten Sie eng mit verschiedenen Funktionen zusammen, entwickeln Ihr Team weiter und setzen strategische Initiativen um, die unsere Wettbewerbsfähigkeit stärken.

• Verantwortung für die Materialplanung
• Vorantreiben organisatorischer Veränderungen in Richtung End-to-End Supply Chain
• Einführung einer produktorientierten Segmentierung
• Training und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern
• Einführung von Supply-Chain-KPI-Dashboard und Performance Management
• Integration von Wertschöpfungsströmen im Einklang mit End-to-End-Verantwortlichkeiten und werksbezogenen Projekten
• Analyse und Nachverfolgung von Kundenauftragsmustern zur Optimierung des Customer Interface
• End-to-End-Optimierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Betriebsabteilungen
• Überwachung und Steuerung der Leistung nach Lieferkette und Produktgruppe
• Identifikation von Leistungsproblemen und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Sicherstellung geeigneter Parameter- und Systemeinstellungen
• Überwachung der Werksauslastung, Identifizierung von Kapazitätsengpässen und Erhöhung der Kapazität
• Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Funktionen und Supply-Chain-Partnern

• Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
• Erfahrung in Teamführung, Teamentwicklung und Organisationstransformation
• Erfolgsbilanz bei Supply-Chain-Verbesserungen und Leistungsoptimierung
• Breite Planungserfahrung (Kapazitäts-, Beschaffungs- und Feinplanung)
• Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche in einer globalen Organisation von Vorteil
• Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Supply Chain und Produktion
• Kenntnisse in Supply-Chain-/Planung und ERP-Systemen
• Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Unternehmerische, proaktive Arbeitseinstellung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
