Role Description
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Strategic Planning Manager/Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of business strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals. You will work closely with senior leadership to analyze market trends, assess business performance, and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include conducting data-driven analyses, developing financial and strategic models, preparing reports and presentations, and identifying opportunities for business growth or improvement. You will also help lead strategic initiatives, monitor the progress of strategic projects, and track performance metrics to ensure goals are being met. This is a high-impact position that plays a critical role in shaping the organization's direction and ensuring sustainable success.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, with expertise in strategic planning, financial modeling, and market analysis. A deep understanding of business operations, market trends, and competitive landscapes is essential. Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI) is required. The candidate should have experience in business strategy, management consulting, or related fields and a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Strong communication skills are necessary to present findings to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and to collaborate with different departments across the organization. A strategic mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role. A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required, with an MBA or relevant certifications being a plus. Prior experience in a managerial or analytical capacity is highly preferred.
