Are you passionate about data analysis, finding hidden patterns, understanding the drivers of what drives reality and shaping the future of forecasting & demand planning in Beauty? Then Yepoda is the right place for you As Demand Planning Manager you will take ownership of our dynamic multi-channel forecasting and demand planning process to ensure our exciting product range is available to our customers at the right time, right price and place.

Your Tasks

  • End-to-end ownership of the forecasting process across all our sales channels (B2C eCommerce, B2B retail, B2B marketplaces, own retail)

  • Consolidation and analysis of data from Online and Offline channels to create accurate and granular demand forecasts

  • Alignment of forecasts with Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams

  • Implementation of demand planning strategies to encode product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal peaks into the data

  • Monitoring of forecasting accuracy and continuous improvement of forecasting models and underlying processes

  • Assuring optimal inventory and service levels across the supply chain, channels and countries

  • Creation of scenario analyses to support business decisions

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including experience in demand planning or data analysis, preferably within the retail sector

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners

  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude and a drive for continuous improvement

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
