For our passionate team in Berlin we are looking for a logistics rockstar intern, working in our central DACH Logistics team responsible for all downstream activities. In this role you'll be responsible for identifying, planning and delivering operational improvements, project implementations and overall logistics activities.

Your role

  • You will support the DACH Logistics team in organisational topics as well as BAU activities
  • You will take charge in our logistics development activities and projects
  • You will evaluate the course of the project and monitor the achievement of objectives
  • You will share progress with several stakeholders across the HelloFresh DACH organization and depending on the project work with external parties
  • You will support our logistics development team in the research and execution within logistics and supply chain operations, which may include but not limited to investigation of new service options and process automations.
  • You will support the Logistics Operations team in quality and performance based analysis, daily planning and excellent execution
  • You will play a vital role in questioning the status quo and find new business opportunities by keeping yourself informed about current developments, research and innovations in the area of logistics and supply chain.

Your profile

  • You have a keen interest in the topic of logistics and supply chain as well as in research and innovation or project management.
  • You are an analytical-minded person who makes recommendations based on data.
  • You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken. German is a plus.
  • You can deal with changing priorities and are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are a quick learner who is comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player at heart and you like to roll up your sleeves and jump in to support your team whenever needed.
  • You are a doer with a hands-on mentality and a zest for action.
  • You're interested in a long term internship (at least 6 months).
  • Eligibility to work in Germany full-time (40h/Week) is advantageous.
