What you'll do

  • You support the management of our most important customer relationships in roll-out projects in close cooperation with the respective key account managers

  • You work hands-on on the optimization of processes in the order management of our premium customersu sing your analytical mindset,

  • You manage to identify significant pain points in processes and develop suitable solutions

  • You and your team plan and manage strategic projects that are important for our (inter)national market expansion

  • You translate customer needs into new opportunities for product development in cooperation with your team and our product team

  • You build up functional expertise and learn day-to-day management in a highly dynamic scale-up

What you'll need

  • Enrolment at a university/college or a recent degree in business administration, management, business informatics or a comparable course of study

  • Very good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets

  • Very good written and spoken German and ideally very good English skills

  • It is an advantage if you have already gained some professional experience in a start-up, a bank or a management consultancy

  • Your entrepreneurial mindset with excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel, professionally and efficiently are what sets you apart
